Phuket singer Nene Royal, 16, who recently won America's Got Talent, returned to school on October 22 despite a packed calendar of celebrity engagements. The teen posted a photo en route to class with the caption: "When I wake up in the morning, I have to go to school." Since her win, Nene has received an audience with Thailand's King and Queen and performed as a guest with rock band Avenged Sevenfold at a concert in Singapore. She is next scheduled to appear with OZONE Band at the American Fair at Siam Paragon's Parc Paragon in Bangkok on October 24. The event, organized by the U.S. Embassy, runs from October 23 to 25 as part of Freedom 250 celebrations marking the 250th anniversary of the U.S. Declaration of Independence.
