Traill International School partners with Ari-Mikasa-Alpine to launch the Japan Asia Football Tournament U14 No.2 from October 23-25, selecting four players for training stints in Japan with Yokohama F. Marinos and Sanfrecce Hiroshima.
Robert Traill, head of Traill International School, in his capacity as tournament chairman, together with Butroom Co. Ltd (Ari), Mikasa Industries (Thailand) Co. Ltd, and Alpine Football Camp Training, held a press conference for the youth football tournament Japan Asia Football Tournament U14 No.2 taking place October 23-25, 2026 at Alpine Football Camp Training, Bangkok.
Eight teams will compete: Yokohama F. Marinos, Sanfrecce Hiroshima, Buriram United Academy, Assumption Thonburi, Chonburi FC, Port FC, Suankularb Wittayalai School, and Traill FC.
Robert Traill, head of Traill International School, stated in an interview: "This year marks the school's 60th anniversary. It's an opportunity to reflect on what the school has always valued: helping each child develop themselves. This tournament is part of that commitment. We want the anniversary celebration to be meaningful for youth by creating experiences they can build on — competing against Japanese teams, learning from each other, and the chance to train abroad. For us, the greatest joy in our 60th year is seeing children gain confidence and see their futures more clearly, and we intend to continue creating such opportunities."
"This year is more special than before. The tournament expands from two to three days, with both Japanese teams present throughout. Thai youth will compete against top-tier Japanese sides, which we believe will produce future superstars."
"Additionally, four youth footballers will be selected to train with Japanese clubs — two with Yokohama F. Marinos and two with Sanfrecce Hiroshima. This is a valuable experience for youth to develop their playing style and mindset, which is crucial."
"I want every footballer to play their hearts out, enjoy the competition, respect opponents, and keep an open mind to learn. Don't take the field thinking only of being selected; play for the team and show your best self. For parents, I invite you to come cheer on the children. Family support is immensely important and helps them grow both as athletes and as individuals."
Follow the competition and support all eight youth football teams, while anticipating which four footballers will earn the opportunity to train with top-tier clubs in Japan.
