Regional Water Authority Opens Subsidy Registration July 20
The Provincial Waterworks Authority opened registration July 20 for water bill subsidies up to 100 baht monthly under the 2025 State Welfare scheme, with existing beneficiaries able to register through July 25 for September support.
The Provincial Waterworks Authority (PWA) has launched a registration program for state welfare water bill subsidies under the 2025 State Welfare Registration scheme. The government will support water bills for eligible beneficiaries up to 100 baht per household per month to help ease living expenses. Households with bills between 100 and 315 baht will pay the difference themselves, while those exceeding 315 baht must pay the full amount. Only one household address can claim the subsidy.
Eligible beneficiaries, both existing and new, must register to confirm their eligibility by the specified deadline. Existing beneficiaries can register between July 20-25, 2025 to receive subsidies on their September 2025 bill. New beneficiaries can register from July 20 to September 25, 2025 to receive support starting in November 2025. Registration is available online via the PWA website (www.pwa.co.th), the PWA Plus Life app, the LINE Official Account (@PWAThailand), or in person at PWA branch offices nationwide. Citizens should first verify their eligibility status through the Finance Ministry's official channels before registering.
