On July 10, Supachai Iamsamuth, a Phumi Thai party list MP and chair of the special ad hoc committee responsible for monitoring and auditing the 400 billion baht loan decree, announced that the loan bill will be placed on the agenda of the House of Representatives during an extraordinary parliamentary session in late July. After parliament approves the decree, he said the committee will hold meetings to determine the framework for ongoing monitoring of the loan expenditures.
