Freen Sarocha Seeks Settlement in 8 Million Baht Wage Dispute

Actress Freen Sarocha sought mediation over an 8 million baht wage dispute with her former agency Idol Factory, but the talks failed to reach a settlement on July 10.

Freen Sarocha attended mediation at the Civil Court on Ratchadamri Road on July 10, 2025, to settle a contract dispute with her former agency, Idol Factory Limited. The renowned actress and entertainer is seeking 8 million baht in unpaid wages and revenue share payments owed under her previous employment agreement.

Both parties participated in the mediation process. Freen arrived accompanied by her lawyer, Paisit Munisachannont, and presented a settlement proposal. However, the mediation did not reach a resolution, and Freen requested time to consider the counter-proposal from the former agency.

Following the session, Freen expressed hope for an amicable settlement, stating: "I hope this dispute can be resolved fairly and respectfully for all parties involved. However, if we cannot reach an agreement, I am prepared to allow the legal process to proceed according to the law."
