A 20-year-old man has died from severe burns at Ladprao Hospital, bringing the death toll from the beer hall fire on July 13 to 29 people.
A 20-year-old man has died at Ladprao Hospital from injuries sustained in the Ladprao beer hall fire, raising the death toll to 29. At 00:20 on July 14, Deputy Superintendent Jennarong Plodkhong of Chokechai Police Station received notification of the death of Somphong Sriprong, age 20, in the ICU at Ladprao Hospital. The victim was in critical condition from burns sustained in the fire that erupted late on July 13 at the Ladprao beer hall and restaurant. The body has been sent to the Institute of Forensic Medicine at Police Hospital for examination before being returned to relatives for religious rites.
