CP Group gathered global leaders and experts to inaugurate the CP Innovation Exposition 2026 — the "9th Lotus Blooming Innovation Festival of Charoen Pokphand Group" — on a grand scale at True Digital Park. The event united business leaders, world-class experts, innovators, and partners from diverse sectors under the concept "RISE TOGETHER, INNOVATE BEYOND — Integrating Forces to Drive Future Innovation for a Better Tomorrow." A highlight was the presentation of 29 Chairman Awards 2026, celebrating innovations that deliver real results and extending knowledge and creativity into new business, economic, and social opportunities.
The opening ceremony was presided over by Dhanin Chearavanont, Senior Chairman of Charoen Pokphand Group; Supakit Chearavanont, Chairman of Charoen Pokphand Group; and Suphachai Chearavanont, Vice Senior Chairman and Chairman of the Innovation Committee, along with senior executives and partners from Thailand and abroad.
Before the formal opening, excitement built with a performance by three robots dancing in sync with human dancers, blending technological precision with human artistry and creativity — illustrating collaboration between people and technology and giving attendees a first-hand innovation experience.
Dr. Achaw Teeranan, Vice Senior Chairman and advisor to the organizing committee, delivered the opening address, sharing perspectives on driving the organization through innovation — the foundation of CP Group's growth and expansion from its origins in vegetable seeds to animal feed, agribusiness, retail, and telecommunications.
Dr. Achaw noted that CP's first innovation stemmed from concern for farmers, printing expiration dates on vegetable seed packets to reduce risk. This evolved into building Thailand's modern poultry and livestock industry by adopting integrated farming models covering financing, housing, vaccination, distribution, and price guarantees — turning past difficulties into achievable solutions.
"Additionally, the Group is committed to fostering an 'innovation organization' by enabling every employee at all levels to ideate through continuous internal innovation contests, while supporting staff to embrace change and learn new technologies like AI, anchored in the Group's six corporate values and the Three Benefits principle: benefit to the nation, benefit to the people, and benefit to the company — for sustainable growth alongside society."
